We both absolutely fell in love with Star Hill in pictures and once we saw it in person (it was our first stop in what was supposed to be a weekend of checking out venues), we knew it was the perfect place for us! We actually didn't go to any other venue because we just loved Star Hill right away. We love the rustic charm of the place. It is basically a series of old buildings (some as far back as the 1800s!) that have been relocated to one location for sort of an Old Town feel. We have the whole "town" at our use! 

• I snapped most of these photos during our initial tour of the venue.
• The bottom picture of the outdoor arbor is from the venue website. We will have a similar ceremony set-up. I don't want too much decor, I think it's naturally pretty. 
  
• The picture on the last row of the chapel is from the venue website. I want to put a "K" and "C" on the chapel doors. We will be using the chapel for our cake table, candy bar, and guest book table. 
  
• The last picture is the outside of the reception hall, back view. It shows the deck and lawn area at night. The lighting comes with the venue and is SO beautiful! We are going to set up tables on the deck and a few in the grass, too. (This photo is from a photographer blog. It is from a year ago. The trees are now also completely lined in white Christmas lights. SO pretty!)
